Education Component Ideas:
-Keep general aesthetic with clear plastic (or at least translucent) bottles to ensure people can understand how it works
-Signage about:
-how it works (diagrams, etc.)
-what you can do at home to reduce, reuse, recycle, and to help the environment
-tally of how much rainwater was harvested and how much energy it saves to collect it yourself instead of running it through the city's water treatment facilities
