Below are a few photographs documenting the development of a structural compression technique using plastic bottles. Each bottle is fixed to form a male-female connection and then stacked vertically for optimal rigidity. The structural integrity of each chamber (male | female unit) was stress tested.
Individual vertical elements were tethered together using the belly of the bottle.
